Accruent FAMIS 360 26.07 Release Notes
We are delivering this automatic upgrade on July 18, 2026.
Schedule update enhancements
(FAC-64853)
The Schedules update (PATCH) endpoint supports programmatic schedule modifications. This enables external systems and enterprise customers to manage schedules in bulk without manual UI interaction. This API-only functionality streamlines large-scale integrations and automated workflows.
Key improvements include the following:
- Field validation: Only non-null fields are validated and updated. ScheduleName must be unique and contain a value.
- Pattern validation: Changes to RecurrencePattern require all relevant fields.
- Data consistency: Valid updates automatically update audit fields; only specified fields are modified.
- Work order regeneration: Set RegenerateWorkOrders to true to regenerate work orders after updates. If false or null, only schedule data updates.
- Bulk update tool access: The Schedules API GET and PATCH methods are available through the Bulk update tool.
These enhancements deliver accurate schedule updates with optional work order regeneration. This ensures consistency across API and UI interactions while enabling automation for enterprise-scale operations.
Improvements and fixed issues
| Component | Summary | Reference # |
|---|---|---|
| Key Management |
Key reservation: Use the Reserve a key copy link to automatically add a comment to the work order with the template number, type, and copy number. Status updates: Change a key status to On hand to clear the previous keyholder association and issue date. Data visibility: Updates to key statuses, user associations, and comments now save correctly and appear on the Find/Update Keys page. |

| Schedule | Use a new POST endpoint to activate multiple schedules simultaneously. This endpoint accepts an array of schedule IDs and applies the same validation standards as the web interface, allowing you to efficiently manage large volumes of schedules. | FAC-65074 |
| Work Loading | The Multiple Assignees feature now respects the Worker availability table. If an assignee is unavailable and has a designated backup, the system automatically reassigns the work order to that backup user. You also receive a notification stating: Reassigned to Backup User [Username B] as User [Username A] is unavailable at this date. | FAC-65242 |
| SLA | For properties without SLA service hours, the system now correctly extends the SLA estimated completion time by the duration a work order is On hold. | FAC-58570 |
| API | The /spaces API now reliably returns all records matching filter criteria, including those using expanded queries and multi-page pagination. | FAC-62755 |
| UDF | Update existing user-defined field (UDF) values on older work orders without encountering errors. Newly added UDFs no longer appear on previously submitted forms, ensuring valid field updates save correctly. | FAC-62991 |
| Work Orders |
The Mass update tool processes up to 50 work orders without performance issues. It handles concurrent submissions without errors. The tool prevents duplicate watchers from being added to the same work order. This ensures accurate search results and prevents duplication during mass updates. |

| Admin | In the Request hub, the Region and Property filters default to the locations assigned to you. Initial filter visibility remains consistent for users with system admin permissions. Request access follows existing security rules. | FAC-64211 |
| Portal | The InspectionTransactionsAPI now calculates inspection scores consistently with the web interface. The API correctly respects the Include in score setting, ensuring that mobile and web inspection results match. | FAC-64498 |
| Inspection | Use the Repeat button to duplicate an existing inspection without encountering errors. The system correctly processes the Close by date during the duplication process, ensuring the new inspection saves successfully. | FAC-65244 |
| Multiple Assignees | Navigate to the Create request and Request update pages consistently and without error. The system evaluates assignment logic to ensure work order actions complete successfully. | FAC-65263 |
